If you develop the habit of asking these questions yourself everyday for the next 21 days, your life will never be the same again. It will provide you much happiness and a sense of fulfillment in your everyday life.
Remember, be honest when you try to answer these questions and it only takes 1 or 2 minutes out of 1440 minutes you've each day!


The Morning Power Questions

1.What am I happy about in my life right now? What about that makes me happy? How does that make me feel?

2.What am I excited about in my life right now? What about that makes me excited? How does that make me feel?

3.What am I proud of in my life right now? What about that makes me proud? How does that make me feel?

4.What am I grateful for in my life right now? What about that makes me grateful? How does that make me feel?

5.What am I enjoying most in my life right now? What about that I do enjoy? How does that make me feel?

6.What am I committed to in my life right now? What about that makes me committed? How does that make me feel?

7.Who do I love? Who loves me? What about that makes me loving? How does that make me feel?

5 Daily Goals

What are my 5 Goals for today?

spend the first 1 hour of your day for planning and setting daily goals. write it down on your personal journal on a priority basis. The most important task should be the 1st goal and the least should be the 5th goal. The more time you take for planning, the less time you need for execution. Remember, the things that are scheduled are the things that gets done!

Discipline yourself for setting 5 daily goals each day. It doesn't matter whether you accomplish all five or not. If you are able to fulfill at least 2 or 3 goals, then that will give you great satisfaction and peace of mind at the end of the day. Do not focus on the goals that you couldn't accomplish. Instead, focus on goals that you've accomplished successfully and celebrate your success or give yourself a treat at the end of the day. This habit will make you far more happier than you imagine! On a monthly basis, the daily 5 goals add upto 150 goals, and on an yearly basis approx. 1800 goals. Even if you're able to fulfill 1000 goals in a year, your life will reach a whole new dimension that is beyond the grasps of mediocre peoples. Do it and see how far it will take you!    
 
The Problem – Solving Questions

When you're facing any problem in your life, consider asking yourself the following questions:

1.What is great about this problem?

2.What is not perfect yet?

3.What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?

4.What am I willing to no longer do in order to make it the way I want it?

5.How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want it?

The Evening Power Questions

1.What have I given today? In what ways have I been a giver today?

2.What did I learn today?

3.How has today added to the quality of my life? How can I use today as an investment in my future?

Goals accomplishments and results

What are those 3 fulfilled goals out of 5 that I can be happy about today right now?
(Don't just remain happy, but celebrate it. By doing this your confidence level will rise and makes you feel like a winner.)
